Returns policy
1.17 We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the internet. Returns must be completed within 60 days of purchase of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning item and we are unable to refund any postage cost, (except where goods are received faulty or damaged). For more details please feel free to contact us.
1.18 Exceptions: Before you hang any part of wallpaper: read instruction provided (if instruction is missing please do not install wallpaper but contact us for a replacement) layout your mural to ensure that all panels are the same size, colour, that they match together perfectly and they are in good condition. Refunds or exchanges will not be made once you have hung any part of your mural. By placing order with us you agree to accept all these terms and conditions together with return policy.
Shipping outside of United Kingdom
1.19 Items sold to those countries will be sent without wallpaper paste due to international restrictions.
1.20 Buyers are responsible for any customs duties if applicable. - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. - Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding.
Additional Notes - Claims
1.21 In case of non delivery all claims must be submitted in writing to contact@allwallpapers.co.uk within (12) days from the date that we accepted the order, failing which we shall have no liability whatsoever. Please inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery - In case if item delivered to you is faulty or damaged in any way please report it to us as straight away and refuse delivery. We will be then able to replace or refund it for you. In case of item received damaged all claims must be submitted within 2 days from the date of delivery.
1.22 Shipping location: All our goods are shipped out from European Union: United Kingdom. Estimate delivery.
